The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) of Nigeria has appointed Dr Olumuyiwa Oludayo as a committee member of the Institute. He will be joining the Research and Publication Committee of CIPM.
The inauguration and onboarding of the committee took place at the CIPM National Secretariat on the 5th of February 2019. His appointment will run all through the 2019 business year for the Institute.

The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) of Nigeria was established as an umbrella Association for Practitioners of Personnel Management in 1968 as the Personnel Management Association of Nigeria. In 1973, it was renamed as Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria. Finally, Act No 58 of 1992 chartered the Institute.

Dr Oludayo is a leadership and management expert and is the Founder of Nathan Leadgate LLC, a business and leadership consulting firm. Through his work with the company, Dr Oludayo has partnered to grow and build businesses within and outside Nigeria. His company participated in delivering learning content for the N-Power Social Investment Programme of the Federal Government of Nigeria with the effect of reaching 500,000 youths directly.
