Sometimes we go a long way to justify whatever demeaning statements that western leaders make about Africa especially on how we have handle our issues since after we got our independence. Let us agree that they (colonialists) did some bit in impoverishing us as a continent, but I ask did they also blind us on knowing what is right even after they went back to their lands? Was our culture and heritage lacking in the ability to decipher what is good and evil? What then did our gods (Amadiohas, Sangos) teach us, what values did we imbibe from worshipping them?
