Politics, nation-building, and democracy are known to go through many years of evolution, changes, improvements while countries thrive to achieve perfection in theirs. There may never be any perfect democracies but we will continue having improvement, tweaking, additions, and subtractions. The most important aspect of this is that it caters to prevailing circumstances in the society, solve problems and help mitigate things that are impending to avoid being taken unawares. At this latter level, we should be talking about visionary leadership that is proactive and foresighted. For Nigeria, our journey is close to 20 years running and there seems to be a trend that is coming to bear beginning from 2015 till now 2018. Senator Shehu Sani has perfected the art of making news and the trends by making revelations that the Nigerian public doesn’t have access to. From the revelations of the Lion King, the hyenas, the earnings of Senators and recently the politics of Kaduna State and the killings ongoing; you will know that he is out for two things.
